Exercise with Ruach!  Get in shape, get connected, feed your soul the fun way.  Beginners our specialty! Requests welcome. Beginners from 7 to 8, followed by Intermediate level dancing til we've had enough.  Contact leader in advance to set up an earlier start if you've never danced before.   Casual, friendly, fun-loving group.  Come in comfortable shoes and dressed to MOVE.   Please ask to be added to the email list to be apprised of schedule changes.
