Matawan will mark the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001 with a procession from Washington Station to Memorial Park, at the corner of Broad and Main streets. Joe Lopes, the fire department's chaplain, will deliver the benediction at Memorial Park.
