The Unified Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Matawan will hold a special meeting on March 19 at 7 p.m. at the Matawan Municipal Community Complex, 201 Broad Street, Matawan, NJ.
The Board will review a draft planning analysis proposing rezoning of the IND zone (portion of Route 34 and Broad Street) into a new MUD (mixed commercial and multifamily residential) zone. Formal action may be taken. This meeting is open to the public.
