Yoga for the Throat & Heart | Featuring Dalien, Grammy-Nominated Musician and Yoga Professor

Dalien McBride, aka 13 Hands, is an independent, 2006 Grammy nominated musician/singer-songwriter, world musician and Yoga Professor at Montclair State University.

He is back to share some specific yoga and sound techniques or opening and centering the heart and linking those energy relationships to the throat chakra to create more loving and authentic personal expression.

It includes a special throat chakra sound meditation of about 40 minutes where Dalien will compose meditative sound healing music for your relaxation and inner journey.

Dalien also has a special surprise finale to the evening!
