Fire at 18 Balmoral Court in Aberdeen Monday
A 3-alarm fire badly damaged two units on Balmoral Court in the Wyndham Place condo development.

Aberdeen, NJ - A three-alarm fire in a condo unit at 18 Balmoral Court in the Wyndham Place condo development completely destroyed the home Monday. The fire spread to the unit next door, as well.
There are no reported injuries and nobody was inside the unit when the fire started, according to Aberdeen Chief of Police John Powers. However, a tenant who had just moved into the condo three months ago has been left homeless. The unit has been completely destroyed, and the one next door was also damaged, Powers said.
"Two condo units are uninhabitable at this time," he told Patch.
