Firefighters From Brazil And Germany Visit Middlesex County
On Friday morning, Sept. 20 the Middlesex County Fire Academy in Sayreville hosted seven firefighters from Brazil and eight from Germany.
SAYREVILLE, NJ — On Friday morning, Sept. 20 the Middlesex County Fire Academy in Sayreville hosted seven firefighters from Brazil and eight from Germany for a tour of the facility.
The firefighters are both part of teams that have won international awards for firefighting.
The young men — and one woman! — were in the United States for a tour of the FDNY. After New York City, they specifically requested to come to Middlesex County’s Fire Academy because of its reputation for being a top academy in the region.
