Focused Skill Groups For Every Child’s Needs at The Early Learning Center of Temple Shalom

Does your child need extra practice with fine motor skills, gross motor skills, recognition of colors, numbers or letters?   Is your preschool child ready to read?  The Early Learning Center of Temple Shalom is pleased to announce the formation of Focused Skills Groups.  We want all of our students to get the foundation they need before entering kindergarten so we give them the special attention they each deserve.  Our students get to spend time enjoying the benefits of multi-age activities as well as in small groups that focus on their individual needs. 

At the ELC, children learn through play and hands-on activities as they explore nature and science, participate in monthly music and fitness classes, explore their curiosity and hone their decision making skills through project based activities and express themselves with child-created art.  The new Preschool Core Curriculum Standards are implemented in a developmentally appropriate environment to foster a love of learning.
