Monday, December 3 @ 7 pm Introduction to Crowdfunding
It has become very common in today’s world to see public campaigns to raise small amounts of money from large numbers of people to fund products, causes, and even individuals. Known as crowdfunding, this practice has exploded in popularity over the last decade with services such as Kickstarter, GoFundMe, Indiegogo, and many more.

This discussion-style class will explore the crowdfunding scene, look at the players, and show how the average person can get involved!

Come and participate in this meditative form of exercise which is associated with both spiritual and health benefits. This monthly class will be taught by Al Chuderski. No prior experience is needed, just wear comfortable clothing.

This discussion style class will showcase various different gift ideas that are perfect for anyone who loves technology, and will help answer any questions that you may have about these products.

Interested in learning yoga, but have difficulty getting down on the floor? Now you too can enjoy all the benefits of yoga without having to get on a mat. You will learn many yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation while seated in a chair. The class will be taught by Danielle Meany, RYT. All levels welcome. No experience or equipment is necessary.
Participants must be at least 18 years-old and preference will be given to Matawan Aberdeen card holders.

Saturday, December 15 @ 2 pmPottery Painting for Adults
Stressed out by the holidays? Join us for a relaxing afternoon of painting pottery. Staff from The Clay Pot will bring the clay bisque bowls, glazes, and everything you need to create a unique work of art. You just need to supply the creativity! Painted pieces will be kiln fired and available to take home after the New Year.

Participants must be at least 18 years-old and preference will be given to MAPL cardholders. Registration opens on Saturday, December 1.

This class is great for the beginner or experienced student as we give variations for all levels. Focusing on movement integrating breath, awareness, and alignment you will build strength, focus, flexibility, and balance for both mind and body. The class will be taught by yoga instructor, Carrie Palamara. Please bring your own yoga mat or large towel.
Must be at least 18 years-old to participate.
