Learn crocheting basics and start your own project! Join us for hands-on instruction in this popular craft. Crochet hooks and yarn will be provided.

Thursday, May 12 @ 1 PM – Common Back Problems and How They Are Treated
Join Dr. Michell Faer, a local Matawan chiropractor, to learn about conditions such as osteoarthritis, bulging discs, herniated discs and sciatica and what chiropractors, medical doctors and surgeons do for them. Suggestions for things you can do at home to alleviate associated pain will also be discussed.
Saturday, May 14 @ 1:30 PM – MS Excel 2013 for Beginners
Learn the basic functions of Microsoft Excel 2013. In this hands-on, beginners class, we will cover the following:
- Creating and saving documents
- Previewing and printing documents
- Editing and proofing your work
- Making simple graphs and charts

Learn the basic functions of Microsoft PowerPoint 2013. In this hands-on, beginner’s class, we will cover the following:

- Adding text, pictures, and more to slides
- Formatting your slides
- Presenting your slideshow

4. Inserting headers, footers, and slide numbers

Thursday, May 26 @ 11 AM – Yoga Basics
This class is great for the beginner or experienced student as we give variations for all levels. Focusing on movement integrating breath, awareness, and alignment you will build strength, focus, flexibility, and balance for both mind and body. The class will be taught by Tula Yoga instructor, Jennifer Cavalieri. Please bring your own Yoga mat or large towel. Must be at least 14 years-old to participate.
