The benefits of yoga includes toning the body, increased flexibility,
reduced stress, improved posture, and it’s fun! Judy Kanaszka, RYT,
will teach some basic poses during this introductory session. Feel free
to bring a mat or a towel. Because seating is limited, please register
early.
