Lady Huskies Lose State Semifinal on Penalty Kick

After an over the Freehold Colonials that led the Lady Huskies to a State Sectional Title, the Huskies lost 0-1 to Moorestown.

According to an article in the Asbury Park Press, the lone goal was scored off of a penalty kick by a Moorestown player who has yet to miss a penalty kick this season.

Even though the Huskies season has come to an end, they made it the further than any soccer team in Matawan Regional High School history, according to Head Coach Ken McCabe.
