Man Killed By Car On Rt. 35 In Sayreville
A pedestrian was hit and killed by a car while crossing Rt. 35 in Sayreville Thursday night, police announced.
SAYREVILLE, NJ — A pedestrian was hit and killed by a car while crossing Rt. 35 in Sayreville Thursday night, police announced.
The man, whose identity has not been verified, was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 8:00 p.m.
Police say the man was struck as he was crossing Rt. 35; the car was driving in the left lane of 35 south near the divider.

No charges have been filed, but the investigation is active and is continuing.
