Matawan Man, 19, Killed In Rt. 35 Crash On Saturday
Police say at 2:32 a.m. Saturday, he was driving a Ford F250 pick-up south on Rt. 35 when he struck a concrete divider at Laurence Parkway.
OLD BRIDGE, NJ — A 19-year-old Matawan man was killed in a car crash on Rt. 35 south through Old Bridge early Saturday morning, authorities said.
The Matawan man has been identified as Juan Gonzalez, Jr., according to Old Bridge Police.
Police say that at 2:32 a.m. Saturday, he was driving a black 2019 Ford F250 pick-up truck south on Rt. 35 when he struck the concrete divider at Laurence Parkway.

The Ford F250 went airborne, rolled over and landed in the northbound lanes of Rt. 35.
Gonzalez was ejected from the pick-up truck and pronounced dead at the scene. His body is currently with the Medical Examiner's office, which tests for toxicology.
