Matawan Man Breaks into Two Cars, Police Say
The owner of one of the cars caught him in the act and he fled, police said.
Matawan, NJ - A local man here has been charged with breaking into two cars on Friday and rummaging through them, county prosecutors said.
Joseph Clark, 40, of Brentwood Road, broke into a 2014 Nissan Rogue and a 2006 Hyundai Elantra, prosecutors said. He was confronted by the owners of one of the vehicles and fled the area on foot and was subsequently arrested.
