Matawan Man Caught with 26 Folds of Heroin, Police Say
The Rutledge Court man intended to sell the heroin, prosecutors say, which was stamped "Ruff Ryder" in red ink.

Matawan, NJ - A local man was arrested last week and charged with having 26 wax folds of heroin on him, police say.
Tenneyson Fairclough, 36, of Rutledge Court, intended to sell the heroin, prosecutors say, which was stamped “Ruff Ryder” in red ink. He was arrested Thursday, Jan. 14.
A Bronx man was arrested that same day in Aberdeen Township, according to the Monmouth County prosecutor’s office. Vilmauris Vasquez, 26, of the Bronx, was charged with trying to manufacture or distribute the drug, a first-degree crime.
