Meet Produce Pete At The Keyport Farmers' Market This Thursday
"Produce Pete" Napolitano of NBC fame will sign copies of his book July 13 at the Keyport farmers' market.
KEYPORT, NJ — "Produce Pete" Napolitano will sign copies of his book from 3-5 p.m. this Thursday, July 13 at the Keyport farmers'/makers' market.
He will be under the canopy in the Fireman’s Park lot located next to Hauser Hill Farms.
"Produce Pete" is a self-billed produce expert and he is the host of the long-running “Produce Pete” segment on NBC’s “Weekend Today New York.”

In 2023, he published a memoir, They Call Me Produce Pete, with co-author Susan Bloom. The book give his tips on selecting, storing and how to best prepare fresh fruits and vegetables.
"This event promises to be a treat for all produce enthusiasts," say organizers. "The farmers' market will be open and in full swing, giving attendees the chance to browse through a wide variety of locally-sourced and fresh produce. Produce Pete will be joining us at the market at 3 p.m. to talk about his new book, providing attendees with valuable insights into the world of produce and farming."
