Food items needed include protein bars, granola/cereal bars, coffee packets/tea bags and cookies.  Desired toiletry items include bug spray, toothpaste, aspirin, lip balm, and suntan lotion.  Socks, writing paper, batteries and used cell phones are also needed.  A complete list of the most needed items can be found by going to the organization’s website: www.supportarms.org and selecting the “How You Can Help” link.  All items should be medium or small in size, and pump-type bottles are not accepted.

Located in Eatontown, N.J., A.R.M.S. is a non-profit organization founded in 2003 by a group of grass roots volunteers who wanted to give something back to the military and their families.  The organization’s goal is to provide comfort packages to all branches of the military to show support of these brave men and women.
