New Hot Yoga Classes at Tula Yoga!

Tula Yoga is one of the only studios in Central/Southern New Jersey to use an infrared heating system for its warm and hot yoga classes. Also called radiant heat, it is superior to traditional forced air heating systems in numerous ways. Radiant heat penetrates the deepest layers of tissue, where it stimulates the body to release toxins, fat and other impurities through sweating; analysis has found that sweat resulting from infrared heat contained 20 percent toxins, compared to three percent from traditional heat. This safe, internal heating of the body can also stimulate immune function, increase blood flow, improve skin tone, texture and elasticity, ease joint and muscle pain, and break up cellulite deposits. Infrared heating is safe, offers deeper health benefits and will maximize the results of a hot yoga practice.  Check the Schedule of classes here: www.TulaYogaNJ.com
