NEW Prenatal Yoga Class starting April 10th

Every Thursday 4:30pm-5:30pm

Each prenatal yoga class includes gentle stretching and strengthening, breathing exercises a 3 minute “keep up” exercise to break through mental limitations, a closing meditation, singing and lots of smiling! It is a beautiful way for moms to connect with other moms to be, as well as connect with the growing life inside of them. All classes are designed to uplift, inspire and bring joy into your day. The form of prenatal yoga that Rosie teaches derives from The Khalsa Way. Trained at Kripalu Yoga Center, The Khalsa Way has roots in Kundalini yoga, and is formed to strengthen both the body and mind, while helping to dissolve fears and embrace the challenges that come with pregnancy and childbirth.
