The Old Bridge Township Police Department made the following arrests February 1, 2023 through February 28, 2023:

On February 1, 2023, Giorgi Narimanidze, a 44-year-old Brooklyn resident, was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (suspected Heroin), Possession of CDS (suspected Cocaine), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in the area of Fairway Plaza Shopping Center on Rt. 9. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Serpico was the arresting officer.

On February 1, 2023, Santos Gregory Carreras, a 37-year-old Brooklyn resident, was arrested for multiple warrants out of Bridgewater. He was processed and transferred to custody of the Bridgewater Police Department. Officer Ramm was the arresting officer.

On February 1, 2023, Shalva Gogritchiani, a 31-year-old Brooklyn resident, was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (suspected Heroin), Possession of CDS (suspected Cocaine), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in the area of Fairway Plaza Shopping Center on Rt. 9. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Serpico was the arresting officer.

On February 1, 2023, Alrick Roy McCormack, a 60-year-old Cliffwood resident, was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (suspected Cocaine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia during a narcotics investigation. He was processed and released pending a court date. The arrest was made by the Narcotics team.

On February 1, 2023, Mikelson Louis, a 38-year-old Brooklyn resident, was arrested and charged with shoplifting from BJ’s Wholesale Club on Route 9. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Petrides was the arresting officer.

On February 2, 2023, Kenneth Levine, a 43-year-old South Amboy resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless driving following a motor vehicle stop on Bordentown Avenue. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Rhodes was the arresting officer.

On February 2, 2023, Theodore Eric John Dow, a 29-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Criminal Sexual Contact in the area of Portsmouth Drive. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Jaikissoon was the arresting officer.

On February 3, 2023, Radoslaw Olszewski, a 47-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Traffic on Marked Lanes, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Testing, and Refusal to Consent to Breath Samples in the area of Cottrell Road following a motor vehicle stop. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Selvaggio was the arresting officer.

On February 4, 2023, Shane Logue, a 26-year-old Cliffwood Beach resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Destruction of Agricultural Property, Resisting Arrest, Failure to Consent to Breath Samples, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Testing, Aggravated Assault, Assault on Police, Distribution of Heroin/Cocaine, Possession of CDS (suspected Cocaine), Consumption of Alcohol by a Vehicle Operator, Responsibility in Accidents, Failure to Report a Motor Vehicle Accident, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine, Criminal Mischief and Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose following a motor vehicle crash on Route 34. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Spurlock was the arresting officer.

On February 4, 2023, a 21-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Simple Assault. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Anderson was the arresting officer.

On February 5, 2023, Machi Azarih Washington, a 21-year-old Newark resident, was arrested and charged with Hindering Apprehension and Shoplifting from the Route 9 Walmart. He was also found to have multiple warrants out of Orange City Municipal Court. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Rothmund was the arresting officer.

On February 5, 2023, Todd A. Parillo, a 47-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, and Following Too Closely in the area of Glenwood Apartments following a motor vehicle stop. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Demaio was the arresting officer.

On February 5, 2023, John K. Richemond, a 23-year-old Vauxhall resident, was arrested and charged with Hindering Apprehension and Shoplifting from the Rt. 9 Walmart. He was also found to have a warrant out of Union. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Rothmund was the arresting officer.

On February 6, 2023, Siaka Keita, an 18-year-old Manhattan NY resident, was arrested and charged with Robbery by Force and Shoplifting at the T-Mobile store on Route 9. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Detective Hall was the arresting office.

On February 6, 2023, a 77-year-old Sayreville resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Stalking. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Rothmund was the arresting officer.

On February 7, 2023, Byron McGrath, a 30-year-old Neptune resident, was arrested and charged with Hindering Apprehension and Traffic on Marked Lanes following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Rt. 35. It was also determined that he had multiple warrants out of Howell. He was processed and transferred to the custody of the Howell Police Department. The Narcotics Team made the arrest.

On February 8, 2023, a 41-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Criminal Mischief. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Rhodes was the arresting officer.

On February 8, 2023, David Noel Sainvil, a 33-year-old Cliffwood resident, was arrested and processed on warrants out of Elizabeth. He was released pending a court date. Officer Jaikissoon was the arresting officer.

On February 9, 2023, Matthew W. Fu, a 31-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, and Traffic on Marked Lanes following a traffic stop in the area of Route 9 and Fairway Lane. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Serpico was the arresting officer.

On February 9, 2023, Nelson Fernandez, a 48-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Traffic on Marked Lanes, and Reckless Driving following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 34 and Cottrell Road. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Perrone was the arresting officer.

On February 9, 2023, a 27-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Harassment and Criminal Mischief with Damage. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Spurlock was the arresting officer.

On February 10, 2023, a 58-year-old Parlin resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Simple Assault. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Walczak was the arresting officer.

On February 11, 2023, Daniel M. Rivera, a 37-year-old Jackson resident, was arrested for warrants out of Elizabeth. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Gavares was the arresting officer.

On February 11, 2023, Lindsey Antawan Burts, a 40-year-old Edison resident, was arrested for a warrant out of New Brunswick. He was processed and turned over to the custody of the New Brunswick Police Department. Officer Walsh was the arresting officer.

On February 11, 2023, David Bovo, a 59-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, and Traffic on Marked Lanes following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Englishtown Road and Pleasant Valley Road. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Annuzzi was the arresting officer.

On February 11, 2023, Gregory Berndt, a 36-year-old West Long Branch resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, and Traffic on Marked Lanes following a motor vehicle stop on Route 18 and Spring Valley Road. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Annuzzi was the arresting officer.

On February 12, 2023, a 29-year-old Matawan resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Criminal Mischief with Damage. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Spurlock was the arresting officer.

On February 14, 2023, a 25-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Criminal Mischief with Damage. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Heredia was the arresting office.

On February 14, 2023, Donald Roy Pushinsky II, a 56-year-old Bronx, NY resident, was arrested and charged with Exhibiting False Documents as Proof of ID, Theft over $75,000, Forged Writing, Wrongful Impersonating, and Receiving Stolen Property following an incident at TD Bank. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Galgano and Detective Hall were the arresting officers.

On February 14, 2023, Ryan S. DeJesus, a 33-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Contempt of a Judicial Order. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Spurlock was the arresting officer.

On February 14, 2023, Alicja A. Turek, a 41-year-old South Amboy resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Endangering the Welfare of Children following a motor vehicle incident in the area of Groben Avenue. She was processed and transferred to Hackensack Meridian Hospital Old Bridge. Officer Walround was the arresting officer.

On February 17, 2023, Reginald DeBose, a 36-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested for a warrant out of the Bergen County Sheriff's Department. He was processed and turned over to their custody. Officer Perrone was the arresting officer.

On February 17, 2023, a 19-year-old Morganville resident was arrested charged with Domestic Violence related Simple Assault. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Selvaggio was the arresting officer.

On February 18, 2023, Roberto Zuniga-Guijosa, 40-year-old Monroe resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Traffic on Marked Lanes, Consumption of Alcohol by a Motor Vehicle Operator, and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 9 and Old Mill Road. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Annuzzi was the arresting officer.

On February 18, 2023, Jamal G. Boston, a 39-year-old Rahway resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Testing, Refusal to Consent to Breath Samples, a warrant out of Elizabeth and a warrant out of Newark following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 9 South. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Serpico was the arresting officer.

On February 20, 2023, Wang Biao Hu, a 54-year-old Queens NY resident, was arrested and charged with Shoplifting from Home Depot. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Spurlock was the arresting officer.

On February 21, 2023, Justin T. Whitley, a 37-year-old Keansburg resident, was arrested for a warrant out of Wall. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Connolly was the arresting officer.

On February 21, 2023, Mary E. Woodrow, a 60-year-old Hazlet resident, was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS and a warrant out of Old Bridge. She was processed and released pending a court date. The Narcotics Unit was responsible for the arrest.

On February 23, 2023, Steven Frank Lauria, a 27-yer-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested for a warrant out of Bedminster. He was processed and turned over to their custody. Officer Goy was the arresting officer.

On February 24, 2023, Thomas P. Bernard, a 60-year-old Emerson resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Unregistered Vehicle, and Traffic on Marked Lanes following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 34. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Serpico was the arresting officer.

On February 25, 2023, Emily A. Snyder, a 32-year-old Freehold resident, was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Careless Driving, and Drug Possession by a Motor Vehicle Operator (suspected Heroin) following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 9 and Fairway Lane. She was processed and released pending a court date. Office Perrone was the arresting officer.

On February 25, 2023, Christopher L. Dimino, a 34-year-old Brick resident, was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (suspected heroin) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 9 and Fairway Lane. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Perrone was the arresting officer.

On February 26, 2023, Marissa N. King, a 32-year-old Freehold resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Failure to Observe a Traffic Signal, and Traffic on Marked Lanes following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 9 and Deep Run Shopping Center. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Annuzzi was the arresting officer.

On February 27, 2023, a 23-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence-related Simple Assault. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Paterek was the arresting officer.

On February 27, 2023, Michael Lester Tomaszewski, a 61-year-old South Amboy resident, was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of CDS (Suspected Crystal Meth), Possession of CDS (Suspected Heroin), Drug Possession by a Motor Vehicle Operator, and Traffic on Marked Lanes following a motor vehicle stop on Route 9 and Cindy Street. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Annuzzi was the arresting officer.

On February 28, 2023, Ziarah T. Shepherd, a 24-year-old Perth Amboy resident, was arrested and processed for a warrant out of Elizabeth. She was processed and released pending a court date. Detective Cannillo was the arresting officer.

It should be noted that all arrestees are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

The names of defendants involved in domestic violence incidents have been removed to protect the identity of their victim.

Officers responded to or initiated 4,216 calls for service between February 1st, 2023, and February 28th, 2023, including 154 motor vehicle accidents, 185 alarms, 322 first aid calls, 11 fire calls, 68 suspicious person/vehicles, and 51 welfare checks.
