Photos Released Of South Amboy Train Stabbing Suspect
Police released these photos of the suspect in the South Amboy train station stabbing, where Robert Spiegel, 32, of South Amboy, was killed.
SOUTH AMBOY, NJ — Earlier this week, we told you how a man was fatally stabbed Friday night at the South Amboy train station. And now today, the Middlesex County prosecutor released photos of the murder suspect, caught on the train station's security cameras.
Authorities are actively searching for a suspect after the murder occurred at approximately 9:14 p.m. Friday, May 29. There is a reward offered if you call in with a tip.
The victim, Robert Spiegel, 32, of South Amboy was found in the area of the South Amboy train station, where he was pronounced dead, the victim of apparent stab wounds.

Acting Prosecutor Kuberiet and Police Chief LaVigne are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating this man. They are asking anyone with information to contact Detective An Wang of the South Amboy Police Department at (732) 721-0111 or Detective Mark Morris of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office at (732) 745-3927.
