A delivery boy told police he was held up after dropping off food at a Manalapan home, authorities said.
Around 9 p.m. May 11, the 17-year-old boy told police he delivered food from a local eatery to a home on Church Lane, police said.
He reported that when he returned to his vehicle at the end of the driveway, he was met by four robbers.

He told police that one had a knife, and the other three punched and kicked him, then stole about $400 from his wallet, authorities said.
The robbers fled in an older model black Pontiac. The victim was treated by the Englishtown-Manalapan First Aid Squad for very minor cuts and bruises.

Patrolman Matthew Meyler was the investigating officer while Sgt. Peter Chalfin, Sgt. Michael Hoppock, and Patrolmen Adam Sosnowski and assisted in the initial investigation.
The investigation is continuing and anyone with information is asked to call police.
