Police: Two Monmouth County Men Responsible For Burglary Spree
Police say the two men stole more than $100,000 worth of items from homes in Monmouth County communities.

Police have arrested two Monmouth County men who they say stole more than $100,000 worth of items from more than a dozen homes in four communities.
Sherif Michael 32, of Manalapan, and Dmitri Snovsky 29, of Englishtown were arrested after a months-long investigation by a task force made up of local officers and New Jersey State Police, authorities said.
The pair began their crime spree in August and continued through February, breaking into homes in Marlboro, Manalapan, Millstone Township, and the Englishtown, according to a news release from Manalapan Deputy Chief Michael Fountain.

Both men were charged with four counts of burglary and theft by Marlboro police. Michael is also charged with six counts of burglary and theft, and one count of an attempted burglary in Manalapan. His total bail was set at $433,000.
Snovsky was charged with two counts of burglary, and one count of attempted burglary in Manalapan. His total bail is set at $306,000.

Both men were sent to the Monmouth County jail. Marlboro Detective David Glenny and Manalapan Detective Kevin Schmidt were the lead investigators. They had help from Marlboro Detectives Eric Hays, Detective Sgt. Jay Fox and Detective Lieutenant Joseph Tomazic; Manlapan Detective Charles Alaimo and Patrolman John Lightbody; Englishtown Detective Alex Dinicola, and State Police Detective Sgt. Angel Cruz, Detective Giuseppe Diodati and Detective Jared Boyd.
