Political Sign Theft in Aberdeen

Someone stole a political sign from a front yard on Lloyd Road, police said. That and more of the latest Aberdeen crime news:

Aberdeen, NJ - Starting back in April, Donald Trump's "Make America Great Again" signs and flags have been repeatedly stolen from the home of a retired firefighter in West Long Branch.

And here in Aberdeen, a Lloyd Road resident said someone took their pro-Hillary Clinton yard sign on July 23. The sign was stolen from the Lloyd Road resident's front lawn, Aberdeen police told Patch. Officer Darryl Richardson took the report.

  • Jeanine M. Vanderhoof, 38, Matawan, was charged with possession of heroin and possession of a hypodermic syringe at the Wawa on Rt. 35 on July 27.
  • Leobardo Ramos-Rivera, 41, Aberdeen, was charged with sexual assault following an incident on Hawthorne St. on July 24.
  • On July 24 the owner of Wagner’s Marina on Amboy Ave. reported a man used the marina’s boat ramp without paying the required fee. When confronted, the man drove away, causing a minor injury to the owner. The marina owner sustained a minor arm injury.
