Reconstruction of a railroad crossing in Holmdel may cause traffic delays on township roads and train delays on the weekend.

Reconstruction of a railroad crossing in Holmdel may cause traffic delays on township roads, track and platform closures at the Hazlet train station and weekend delays on the North Jersey Coast Line.

The Centerville Road railroad crossing, near Dearborn Farms, in Holmdel will be closed for reconstruction starting on Wednesday. That roadwork is expected to take two weeks to complete.
