Relax and De-Stress with Yoga

New Class Added on Thursday Nights!

 Slow Flow 6:15-7:15pm

Open to all levels of practice, this class focuses on movement integrating breath, awareness, and alignment. We will move at a slower pace - allowing ample time to enjoy each pose and is a great complement to more active practices. With an emphasize on hip openers, heart opening postures, bends and twists you will create a deep opening in the body that will build calm, balanced energy for the entire body, mind, and spirit.
