Shoplifters at Matawan Famous Footwear, Police Say

Aberdeen, NJ - Two men were caught shoplifting from the Famous Footwear store on Highway 34 in Matawan, Aberdeen township police said.

Dante Mancuso, 22, of Colonia, and Pedro Santiago, 21, of Perth Amboy, were seen running out of the store on Jan. 31 carrying several pairs of shoes, police said.

Aberdeen police officer John Young located the men behind Strathmore Gardens apartments and took them into custody after they were identified by the store manager. The shoes, valued at over $200, were recovered.
