South Amboy Man Named As Accomplice In N95 Mask Theft
Kevin Brady, of Point Pleasant Beach and Stephen Milligan, of South Amboy, were electricians who had access to Prudential's storage areas.
SOUTH AMBOY, NJ — Last month, Patch wrote about the now-infamous theft of 1,600 N95 masks from a Prudential Financial office in Iselin.
A Point Pleasant man who worked as an electrician — and had "unrestricted access to the Prudential offices" — was charged with the crime. Now this week, it is alleged that he had a South Amboy co-conspirator, according to the New Jersey Attorney General.
Alongside Kevin Brady, 49, of Point Pleasant Beach, Stephen Milligan, 54, of South Amboy, was charged with conspiring to steal up to 1,600 respirator masks from Prudential Financial in Iselin.

Brady and Milligan were on-site electrical contractors who had access to storage areas in the Prudential Financial facility, said the AG. Between March 27 and April 1, Brady and Milligan allegedly stole seven to eight cases of N95 respirator masks. Prudential Financial had intended to donate the masks to a local hospital.
Police say the two men entered a caged storage area in the basement of the office building and stole seven to eight cases of N95 respirator masks; each case contained 200 masks.
