South Amboy Town Offers Drive-Through COVID Testing

Testing is offered Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. They are giving both the PCR and rapid test.

SOUTH AMBOY, NJ — Beginning Thursday, January 6 the town of South Amboy will open a drive-through COVID testing site at the Snorkel Firehouse at 107 George Street. They are giving both the PCR and rapid test.

Testing will continue each Tuesday & Thursday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. while there is demand. No appointments are required and you do not have to be resident of South Amboy.

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged as it will expedite your visit. However, you can register on site.

The entrance to the testing site will be at the O’Leary Boulevard entrance to the South Amboy High/Middle School campus. Please be mindful of pedestrians in the area.
