Matawan's- Shore knights and Skateride.org Submitted the ART proposal to Aberdeen Township . Asking for permission to install "Temporary 2'x8' canvases painted by local childrens youth groups". Attached to the fence of the old demolished factory along the Henry Hudson Trail. The organizers Anthony Jones of the Shore Knights and Robert Anfuso the Founder of Skate Ride a NJ nonprofit corp. Skateride our group is made up of local children and parents , that recently adopted several mile of Monmouth Countys Henry Hudson Trail . From the entrance at Stilwell St. through Texas rd . Our volunteers assist in maintaining and cleanups . These areas that have no point of interest due to their location and lack of maintenance. They have become depressing and littered with trash .
By Aberdeen allowing us it will improve the appearance of that area.By allowing children to participate in the arts and allowing them to express themselves.
This project will encourage and enable families to view the art exhibit of their children. By doing this I believe we can make residents more aware and participate in this clean up along the Henry Hudson Trail. We are offering and encouraging numerous childrens youth groups to participate in this exhibit.
