Therapeutic Yoga Series

Come experience the Healing Benefits of Therapeutic Yoga... In this 6 week series we will explore the five pillars of health and therapeutic yoga. Each class will focus on strength and flexibility. Come and learn the other 3 essentials for a strong and healthy body, mind and spirit. We will breathe, move, relax and meditate as we move towards optimum wellness. There will be time in each session devoted to recent research on yoga and its benefits. This series is great for people who are recuperating from injuries or who are interested in incorporating a more meditative practice into their repertoire. All levels are welcome!
