Speed Restrictions on Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike
The speed limit on the Turnpike and Parkway has been reduced to 45 miles per hour because of inclement weather.

UPDATE, 12:45 p.m.: The speed restriction on the Garden State Parkway due to road conditions has been changed to 45 miles per hour between Cape May and the New York State Line in Montvale. The restriction on the New Jersey Turnpike remains unchanged.

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority announced speed restrictions on the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway because of a winter storm.
A speed restriction is in place on the New Jersey Turnpike in both directions from the Delaware Memorial Bridge in Pennsville to the George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee. The speed limit has been reduced to 45 miles per hour due to snow.
A speed restriction is in place on the Garden State Parkway in both directions from south of Exit 117 in Hazlet to the New York State Line in Montvale. The speed limit has been reduced to 35 miles per hour due to road conditions.
