Worker Falls From Tree In Cliffwood Beach: New Details

Police were called at 10:30 a.m. Monday to a home on Prospect Ave. in Cliffwood Beach.

ABERDEEN, NJ — A man working for a tree company in the Cliffwood Beach section of Aberdeen plummeted 40 feet Monday morning, Aberdeen Police Chief John Powers confirmed to Patch.

Police were called at 10:30 a.m. Monday to a home on Prospect Ave. in Cliffwood Beach for a fall victim. At the home, officers found a 37-year-old male employee of a tree-trimming company unconscious, but breathing.

"He had apparently fallen approximately 40 feet from a bucket," Chief Powers said.

The man was medevaced to Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center.
