Yoga for Beginners

Tuesday January 14th & 21st 7:45-9:00pm

New to Yoga? Perfect!! This 2 park workshop teaches new Yoga students the fundamentals and provides students with the guidance they need to develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice. In these two classes, students will receive individual attention while learning basic yoga postures, proper form and alignment, and the yogic breathing techniques used in other classes. The Beginner workshop is taught in a sequential manner which provides an ideal environment for learning. You will leave with a great foundation and the confidence to move into any open level class.
