Youth Competitors Climb for a spot in Regionals

On April 18th, 2015 climbers from 10 different states spanning Virginia to Vermont between the age of eight and seventeen came to Middletown, New Jersey to compete in one of the local climbing competitions hosted by USA Climbing’s Sport Climbing Series. Each region hosts multiple local competitions throughout the year, which competitors must attend in order to qualify for regional competitions. Middletown welcomed 89 competitors from the region representing their local indoor climbing gyms or representing themselves individually.

This year Middletown’s local climbing teams will be sending four competitors to Regional Competitions in New Rochelle, NY.
