4th Grader Sworn In As Honorary Mendham Mayor

MENDHAM, NJ — A local fourth-grader took his oath to be the honorary mayor of Mendham Borough at the last council meeting.

Charlie Russo presided over the meeting with Mayor Christine Serrano Glassner.

Russo will march with Glassner in the Labor Day Parade, which is Monday at 10 a.m.
