$50K Lotto Ticket Sold In Mendham

MENDHAM, NJ — A $50,000 lottery ticket was sold at the Mendham Apothecary last week.

The winning Powerball ticket was sold before Saturday night's drawing, lottery officials said. The winning numbers for the Saturday, Oct. 28 drawing were: 27, 35, 38, 57 and 66. The Red Power Ball number was 10. The Multiplier number was 02.

The next Powerball drawing is on Wednesday; the jackpot is currently worth $52 million.

“Congratulations to all of the lottery players who purchased winning tickets and to the retailers that sold them,” said Lottery Executive Director Carole Hedinger. “I’d like to remind players to purchase their Powerball tickets with a winning attitude and add Power Play to the ticket purchase. Power Play doubles the second prize from one million dollars to two million dollars and multiplies all of the seven lower prize sets available in the game by the number drawn that evening. The jackpot prize is not multiplied.”
