- Minimize fears through recognizing true
vs anxiety fears and how to handle them
- Increase focus and concentration

Kids, you will learn
-How to quickly know the answer to “What
should I do?!” (you know it!)
- What your lizard brain is, how it can hold
you back and how to keep it from being
so scary
- How to make things easy
- How to listen to yourself and get what
you want
- How to make yourself happier
-That you are AWESOME and can do
anything
