MENDHAM, NJ — The mayor of Mendham Borough recently helped a local couple tie the knot in a heartwarming marriage ceremony.

Mayor Jim Kelly officiated the wedding for the newlywed Mr. and Mrs. Murphy recently at the Phoenix House Historic Garden, located at 2 West Main Street, Mendham.

Joining in the celebration was the couple’s dog, Luigi, who made “the day even more special.”
