MENDHAM BOROUGH, NJ — The Mendham Borough Library is inviting the community to an evening of live music, food and fundraising this fall with its annual "Dancing Under the Stars" event, scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 26.
The fundraiser will take place from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at a private residence in Mendham Borough, with the address shared after ticket purchase. Guests can expect live entertainment from the band Invited Guests, which will perform a mix of Top 40 hits spanning past and present, along with appetizers, festive cocktails, a silent auction and a basket raffle.
Tickets cost $125 per person and are available for purchase at the Mendham Borough Library, located at 10 Hilltop Road, or online at mendhamboroughlibrary.org. Organizers ask attendees to RSVP by Sept. 21.
The library is also seeking event sponsors. Local businesses and individuals interested in supporting the fundraiser or buying tickets can contact Library Director Trish Hall at 973-543-4152 to learn more about sponsorship opportunities and benefits.
According to the library, proceeds from the event will directly support programming, collections and services that benefit library patrons and the broader Mendham community.
Founded in 1797, the Mendham Borough Library has served residents for more than two centuries, providing educational resources, lifelong learning opportunities and a gathering place for the community. Library officials say fundraisers such as Dancing Under the Stars help ensure those programs and services continue to thrive.
