CHESTER, NJ — Food trucks, live music and a beer garden will take over Chester Municipal Field this weekend as the Chester Summer Food Truck & Music Festival returns to raise money for the Chester First Aid Squad.
The festival is scheduled for Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Municipal Field, 134 Main St. Admission is $5, while children under 5 are free.
Attendees can enjoy food from a variety of food trucks, live entertainment throughout the day, and a beer, margarita, and sangria garden. Organizers encourage visitors to bring lawn chairs and leashed dogs to enjoy the outdoor event.
The day's entertainment will feature performances by Almost Autumn, Mr. LoveJoy, and Captains of Leisure.
The festival serves as a fundraiser for the Chester First Aid Squad, with proceeds supporting the volunteer emergency medical organization that serves the Chester community.
Event organizers note that outside food, drinks, and coolers are not permitted. However, visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and leashed dogs.
