Back to School Arrives In Mendham and Chester

The summer vacation period is a time for administrators and faculty to recharge, readjust and refocus for the coming school year. This year, the summer months brought about a series of changes to the Mendham and Chester K-8 districts as well as the West Morris Regional School District.
