Cancer Claims Former Mendham Resident

Wendy L. Hartmann died peacefully at St. Clare’s Hospital. in Denville on July 20, 2012 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.  She was 40 years old.

Born in Livingston, NJ she lived in Mendham for many years before moving to Netcong.

She was a homemaker.

Wendy was very active in Hope House in Dover, a catholic charities organization that helps the disenfranchised.

She was predeceased by her father Fred Hartmann.

Survivors include her mother Sue Hartmann of Mendham, her uncle and godfather Edward Merton, her gentleman friend Norman, her best friend Donna and many other family members.

A private graveside service was held at Hilltop Cemetery in Mendham.  Arrangements by the Bailey Funeral Home of Mendham.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society or Hope House, 19-21 Belmont Ave., Dover, NJ 07801, in her memory, would be appreciated.
