Chester Lions Club Annual 2017 Lunch with Santa a Great Success!

On Saturday, December 9, children from the community enjoyed an afternoon full of merriment and magic at the Chester Lions Club’s annual Lunch with Santa. Over one hundred children and their families attended this year’s free event at the Community Presbyterian Church on Main St. in Chester. The Lions Club treated the children to a pizza lunch while Artie the Magician entertained all with his fun holiday magic show. The magic show was followed by the main attraction – pictures with Santa and his elves taken by Cheryl Williver of Images Everything Photography. A wonderful time was enjoyed by all.

The Chester Lions extend a special thank you to everyone who brought donations for the Chester Food Pantry. Because of their generosity we were able to provide numerous bags and boxes full of food to support those in need. The Chester Lions also express gratitude to Ms. Williver for her donation to the Lions of funds received from pictures with Santa print orders.
