Chester Township: Recycle Your Plastic Pots On 4/25

From our Environmental Commission: "It's planting season! The flower pots your shrubs come in aren't recyclable.

From our Environmental Commission: “It’s planting season! The flower pots your shrubs come in aren’t recyclable. Instead of throwing them away, please consider donating them to this year’s tree giveaway – scheduled for April 25th. Tree saplings have a better chance to survive if they spend their first few years in a pot (one-gallon or larger please). Pots can be dropped off at the Chester Library on Saturday, April 24 or Sunday, April 25 anytime between the hours of 9 a.m.-noon. We hope to have enough pots available for everyone who may need one. Thank you for helping the environment!”
