MENDHAM, N.J. (Nov. 6, 2019) – The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage real estate office in Mendham has launched Listing Concierge, a comprehensive marketing program that marries leading-edge technology with meticulous, personalized service. The program, exclusive locally to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agents, enables them to offer customized and automated property listing marketing to their home seller clients.

Listings involved in the program sell 50% closer to list price than those that don’t. Listings involved in the program experienced a 2% to as much as a 7% higher sale price than those that weren’t. Additionally, agents that use Listing Concierge are twice as productive as those affiliated agents who don’t, according to a study that compared NRT Coldwell Banker listings in various markets.
