For his Eagle Scout Service Project, Tommy designed and built sensory boxes for Hope’s Promise Farm in Chester. The farm runs an equestrian program for special needs children. His efforts allowed these kids to touch and feel different objects, check for mail and play bean-bag toss, all from horseback. Under his direction, both scouts and adult volunteers helped complete the project that took more than 77 man-hours.
