Chester Day

Join us for our annual Chester Day celebration on Saturday May 12th for a day of community clean up service projects and free family friendly activities.

The day features a home town parade down Main Street at 11 am, activities, music and our delicious old fashioned picnic lunch throughout the day, a vintage baseball game, a 5K race sponsored by the Educational Foundation of the Chesters, Chester Garden Club’s infamous plant sale and more.

Event takes place at Municipal Field/Gazebo Park on Main St right in town and runs from 9am til 4pm with all sorts of activities for everyone. Bring your lawn chair or blanket to watch the parade and stay to watch the Flemington Neschanocks play vintage baseball. Musical entertainment provided by West Morris Community Band. Family activities provided by Climb Anywhere and Bounce Around Rentals.
