Terry Carruthers of Creative Energy will talk about how to winterize your home and make it more energy efficient. He will discuss how a house reacts with its environment; heat loss; insulation; and duct issues. The talk will finish with an overview of programs available to pay for energy retrofits.
Terry Carruthers, owner of Creative Energy in Millington, NJ has a Masters in Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies from the University of East London, U.K. and is a LEED Accredited Professional and a BPI Certified Building Analyst and Shell Professional.
In 2012 he is teaching a global sustainability course at Centenary College in Hackettstown, NJ.
