Our First Movie Night – Save the Date!
On August 4th – during Customer Appreciation Weekend – we are hosting an outdoor Movie Night…something we hope will become an annual summer tradition! This August it’s going to be ‘Babe: The Gallant Pig’ (in honor of the newest member of our farm family: Spike, the miniature potbelly pig!) The movie will be shown at dusk (sunset will be 8:07 that night). Admission is only $3.00. Popcorn (of course) and refreshments will be available for purchase, including our own seasonal slushies (no outside refreshments/coolers please – just like the movie theatre!) You are welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets.
FYI: Customer Appreciation Weekend is our way, every year, to thank our customers for visiting us and patronizing our farm. During the day, we’ll have all of our antique tractors out, the moonbounce will be free, and we’ll be giving away a ton of Jersey Fresh food samples. Four Sisters winery is going to be on hand both days with wine tastings. (If you are not familiar with our Farm Store, we stock their delicious wines.) That weekend also marks the Chester Presbyterian Church’s annual Peach Festival with a white elephant sale, auction, and all sorts of Peach treats! Chester is the place to be August 4th and 5th. Mark your calendars so you don’t miss a minute of the fun!!
